1. On-Site Consultation

One of our experts will sit down with you and come up with a plan that is creative and economical. We will listen to your unique needs and expectations. Initially, we will work with you to understand your vision and help you see where improvements in design and functionality can be implemented for a reasonable cost. At the end of our first meeting, you will have a good sense of the product design, products to bring your ideas to fruition, such as cabinets, counters, flooring, appliances, lighting, windows, doors, walls, etc.

2. Design Collaboration

One of our design experts will work closely with you to decide on the best colors, layout and materials to achieve your dream project. We want to make sure that you get the best value for the money you spend, so all products will be sourced with the best pricing in mind. It is our goal to beautify your space with items that are not only economical, sustainable but also high-end. We will utilize our extensive experience in the construction industry to bring your vision to fruition. Once we agree on a price for labor and materials, we will prepare a formal proposal for your review. After any revisions we will establish a starting date, completion date and payment schedule.

3. Construction

Each client will sign a transparent contract along with a project manager who will be available to answer all of your questions and concerns. As we near the completion of your project, we will ask you to compose a list of items we may have missed or, items you want to add to further personalize your experience.
